Full time opportunity for a seasoned nurse leader for a Hospital in North West Pennsylvania. This position directs the operations, programs and activities of the Care Coordination department which includes Social work,Dietitians, Outcome Care Managers and Utilization Management. This leader is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of these units, requires strong leadership and management skills.
Qualifications include a PA RN license; BSN required, Master's preferred; plus 4 to 10 years related experience; previous management experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills are also needed.
